Following my intuition to select a Thank You, Body card to focus on today. I pulled the brain card. "I am focused on what is important in this present moment."
Increasing body awareness has been shown to decrease mental stress and anxiety. Thank you, Body helps to make that part of your day.
Gentle movement can help to reduce tightness in our body. As we decrease physical tension, we reduce mental tension as well.
